Schedule

Mon–Thu 05:00 morning runs from clubhouse (Mon: easy, Tue: hills, Wed: easy, Thu: speed). Wed 17:30 time trial (2/4/6/8km). Mon 17:30 Hippo Run (10–16km). Weekend club runs communicated via WhatsApp.
