We list clubs — we don't run them

Listings are an information service. We are not the organiser of any club, run, or event shown here, and we have no control over them. Meeting points, times, pace, routes, and whether a club still exists can change at any time. Always confirm details with the club directly before showing up.

Running carries risk — you take part at your own risk

Running and attending club events involves inherent risks, including injury. You are responsible for your own safety and decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the site or your participation in any club or event you found through it.

The site is provided "as is"

We work to keep listings accurate, but we make no warranties that the information is complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will be available without interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the site is limited to ZAR 0, since the service is provided free of charge.

Accounts

You can browse without an account. Signing in with Google lets you save favourites and post reviews. You must be 18 or older — or have a parent or guardian's permission — to create an account. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

Reviews and content you post

• Reviews must reflect your own honest, first-hand experience of the club.
• Don't post anything false, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that impersonates another person, club, or Run Club Near Me itself.
• Don't post other people's personal information without their consent.
• You keep ownership of what you write, but grant us a licence to display it on the site as part of the directory.
• We may edit or remove any content, and may decline or remove a listing, at our discretion — for example if it's reported, inaccurate, or breaks these terms.

Reporting a problem

If a review or listing is inaccurate, defamatory, or shares personal information that shouldn't be public, email support@runclubnearme.co.za and we'll review it. If you run a club and want your listing changed or removed, contact us at the same address and we'll action it.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the site, and don't use it for anything unlawful. The site's design, text, and compilation of listings are ours; please don't copy them wholesale.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
