About

A well-established East London road running club based at their Nahoon clubhouse. ASA-affiliated under Border Athletics. Hosts popular races including the Sole Destroyer Half Marathon and Kempston Ladies Nite Race. Welcomes beginners through the Happy Feet programme.

Mon/Wed/Thu 17:30 (advanced), 17:15 (Happy Feet); Tue time trials; Thu speedwork; Fri 17:00 'Touch the Wall' 8km; Sun 05:30 long run

5km / 8km (time trials), 8–21km (club and long runs)

Road — coastal East London routes.

Cost

R500/year (26+), R310 (20–25), free for juniors (excl. ASA license R120)
