A well-established West Rand athletics club with over 50 years of history, based at Ampie Barnard Park. CGA-affiliated (Club #121). Known as the 'Roodies'. Hosts the annual Westgate Family Run and regularly sends 40+ athletes to Comrades.

Mon 17:30 (5km + strength from Ampie Barnard Park); Tue 17:30 (hills); Wed 17:30 (time trials 5km/8km); Thu 17:30 (10km); Sat 05:00 (Early Birds long run); Sat 06:00 (Usual Suspects long run)
