Founded in 1901, Olympic Spartan Harriers is one of South Africa's oldest athletics clubs with 700+ members. WPA-affiliated and based at Meadowridge Common Sports Grounds. Covers road running, trail, race walking, track & field, and cross country. Hosted SA's first marathon in 1907.

Tue/Thu 18:00 (5/7/10km); Sat 06:00 (10–20km+); Mon speedwork; Wed race walking; 1st Thu monthly time trial (5km)
